A TfL loading bay has signed restrictions. It is unsuitable for waiting while a seller starts preparing a collection.

Agree the handover with the seller or building, choose your collection window online and put the contact, reference and entrance details in Driver notes. If a destination requires a guaranteed delivery appointment, check whether that can be met before booking; a collection window alone does not confirm it.
Furniture delivery does not automatically include taking away an unwanted item. Choose Clearance in the online quote for a separate disposal job and list what needs removing.
